Calamay is one of the delicacies in Bohol which is made from a concoction of ground sticky rice, (malagkit, in the local dialect), sugar, coconut milk,and vanilla other version include peanuts. This is also one of which people from other countries and from the Philippines too are always looking forward when visiting Bohol.
This calamay, by its english name – sticky, is really sticky. This is best eaten alone, for me, and when spread on bread.
