Yummy Sunday – Dining at Blue Elephant, I.T. Park, Cebu City

It’s Sunday once again, a time for family, friends and loved ones to get along together. One more night to go and back to busy as a bee mode, I guess, not just for me but for everybody. But before that, I’d like to share some yummy places to check with family and friends here in Cebu City.Last Friday, I and a good friend, Gemma Lou, decided to have a dinner together after a week-long examinations. We are both medical students but from different schools here in Cebu. We’ve been friends for a long time since we both came from same provinces. Aside from that, we’re all good family friends. We met at Waterfront Hotel around 9 o’clock in the evening coz that’s the most convenient time for the two of us. We supposed to dine at The Port Restaurant in Waterfront Hotel, but since the restaurant was closing already the time we arrived, we headed to I.T. Park, just a walking distance from the hotel.

We chose Blue Elephant Restaurant. a Thai resto, since the two of us haven’t tried the resto yet.

Gemma Lou is not as choosy as me with regards to foods. So she just let me choose what to eat for us. Great friend. Isn’t she?

Spicy Sizzling Squid

Blue Marlin in Coco Milk

Sauteed Vegetables

Fruit Mix Juice

Foods are really great and satisfying.

After we eat, we immediately headed home since Gemma Lou was still having an exam the next day, Saturday.

Happy Yummy Sunday!
