Due to my professional and personal lives, I cannot go online as always I could than before to check and update my blogs. Good enough I have an online website monitoring application which I used to rely on when it comes to checking my blogs whether these all are still reachable or not in the world wide web.
Just very recently, I received an email stating that my blog, this personal and lifestyle blog of mine, GagayMD.com is unreachable and offline. I didn’t mind the email the moment I received it since I got used to some server errors which usually just turned back ok after an hour or two. However, I got worried already when 24 hours passed but I still can’t see my blog online.
I did not hesitate then to contact my server manager, a very friendly and patient Ate Ma Belle, who did not get tired of extending her help, understanding and more patience to us, her clients. After maybe more than 2 hours of finding herself how and why my blog went offline, she made it real great and my online website monitoring app just then notified me that my blog is online already.
Thank you so much Ate Ma Belle for the assistance and all those no words can explain how grateful I am meeting you and I never regret trusting all my blogs in your hands.
My little man used to play online educational videos as wells as apps in my undeniably vintage iPad 2. You’d probably guess what I mean of “vintage iPad 2”. Yes, you’re right! This iPad is included in the first batches of iPad sold here in the country years ago. If you may try to browse this blog of mine, you’ll sure to know and read my previous posts, that was years ago, about when I bought this iPad and how I first used it.
Moreover, as what I’ve mentioned, my iPad has been a great tool for my son’s development. He learned a lot of things from merely using the iPad. However, just very recently, the iPad sound is not working anymore. Our house helper once mentioned that my son accidentally fell the iPad after it slip from his hands. So I just decided now to buy it an external sound system instead. But I am not sure if an apogee one for iPad & Mac Audio Interface will still work on this. One friend of mine suggested to personally and physically bring the unit in an iOs store instead so I can check and try if such stuff will work fine on my iPad then. Well, maybe that would be the best thing I could do now. I will just bring the iPad to iOs store then.
Yay! Something just got arrived in our doorstep! Look here below!
It’s the Everydayme P & G Downy Baby Gentle samples!
I honestly did not expect these samples to arrive early as I assumed. So I just can’t stop myself from opening the envelope right away after the postman handed this to me.
Anyway, I am not used in using any fabric conditioners such as downy in our clothes since my little man had allergies to it. I found this out when I tried putting one on his clothes when he was still infant and he suffered itchiness all over his skin covered with the newly washed clothes applied with fabric conditioner. However, now that he is already turning 3, I am assuming that his immune system now is mature enough in fighting for these allergens. What I mean is, with these sample products, I might try to use these to find out if my little man is still allergic to fabric conditioners or not.
I will sure to share the results in both to the clothes and in to my baby’s skin after using this fabric conditioner, downy.
When it comes to typing skills, I always remember and would always be thankful for our junior high school computer teacher then who taught us to type the fastest as we could. Aside from typing itself, we were able to memorize the keys in keyboard so to even with closed eyes, we still can type words accurately as we can.
Lately, while gotten bored in front of my laptop, I thought of nothing to do but to test my typing skills then. Here’s my results below.
I know this result is a bit slow since I sometimes, I got results higher than 60. Maybe, this 55 words per minute is my lowest typing speed.
Oh well, how about you? Are you faster than I? Share your typing speed test now.
We, bloggers, know that blogging itself is not sustainable nowadays compared to what we experienced before. Believe it or not, I was able to treat my mom for travels and even my family sometimes, shop her some goodies, and for myself, I was able to buy my techie stuff specifically my Canon EOS 60d DSLR camera. Yes, I had those fruits from blogging labors. But these days, oh well, it is worst as I only earn enough for monthly bills. Nothing extra pennies left in my PayPal account. This decline of the blogging world, I assume, actually started when Google became worst on their blog ranking – putting penalties to blogs linked to these and that. As a result, most blogs only got very low ranks, some are terribly penalized to the extent that advertisers are getting keen on purchasing ads because they also are experiencing the same threats on their websites when crawled and known to link from blogs.
So for now, aside from my career, and since I got to use to have a part-time job, I need to look for a part-time home-based job.
And it’s honestly killing me to death when during interview since my qualifications are far beyond what they’re looking for but I know myself I can do. Only that I do not have physical proof to show them that once before I used to work as such.
So for several months now, being away from my chosen career since I opt to take a 6-month break, I am doing nothing but playing and giggling with my little man. I am more satisfied for this big break I opted to have, but sometimes when things became boring like when my little man is asleep and I got nothing to do but just stare at his face for more than three hours of sleep during the day, I could think of why not utilizing those every minute working at home. When time’s became more challenging as there’s a call financially, there’s nothing more I can do but stare in my blogs and just imagine one day those blogs will give me at least 4-digit shining $$$$. How I just wish then.
Moreover, if you guys have some home-based jobs to offer or to suggest, I am much willing to speak with you then. Please let me know so I can review those tasks.
